The staff here were super friendly and helpful. This place is spotless, so clean everywhere. the room was tidy with a super cozy bed and a nice view to top it off. the outdoor restaurant served delicious food 🍴.

Everything was great, favourable location close enough to shops and restaurants, and the waterfront, polite staff. Booked a room with a view. Tea/coffee making equipment and glassware were very handy. The breakfasts were plentiful and the service was good. I stayed here for 3 days and would love to return.

We enjoyed the central location of this hotel, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops, and even a circus nearby. The staff were extremely polite, professional and resolved our concerns quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. We appreciated the variety of breakfast options. The hotel pool offered fun water games and was well-maintained, while the nearby beach provided easy access to warm waters and plenty of sunshine.

The number of people using the hotel pool could get a bit crowded.

Had an amazing Xmas experience with loads of fun. The hotel management offered us fantastic complementary items like a voucher for luxurious spa treatment and gave us free tickets for the circus and amusement park nearby. the hotel was located in a strategic location, surrounded by good restaurants, shops and had easy access to public transportation. The hotel pool was the best, we truly enjoyed the water games and the service was top-notch.

Regrettably, the beach was far away from the hotel, and the related pool had a usage fee for civil guests. the lunch and dinner prices were over the top.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at Jewel Matrouh. The cheerful and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, was perfect for exploring the city. The private beach, just a short walk away, was absolutely beautiful.
